Takoyki is also adorned with other ingredients like cabbage and onions. Everything is soaked in a special sauce containing mayonnaise. When preparing, do not forget to turn it halfway through cooking. This meal is tasty when served hot.

The ramen

The ramen is the pure wonder of Japan. Indeed, it is a gourmet dish, made up of pieces of pork, eggs, cabbage, soy soup broth. You will also find some seaweed and bamboo shoots there.

Although this specialty is quite heavy, it is still delicious and digestible. Râmen is a meal that is eaten mostly in winter.


Tonkatsu is a real treat for pork lovers. To make this dish, you will have to cook a slice of pork. Upstream, you must pass the pork in the flour. Then immerse the meat in the beaten eggs mixed with the water. Coat with breadcrumbs and let the mixture sit for 10 minutes.

The next step is to fry the meat for 5 to 6 minutes, turning it until the meat is golden on both sides. Cut it diagonally and accompany this dish with cabbage.
